This is becoming very serious problem. Thie is 4rd site I am trying to restore and remodel and I am dealing with endless problems not being able to access the menu of a specific component. Simply when I bring mouse close the menu disappears ! At least there shoudl be an option in the setting to keep MENU visible at all times. At this moment I am not able to add, remove or edit any properties for the row and some other elements. It usually happens to the first row below the vertical site menu !

Really without having some kind of OBJECT EXPLORER it is really hard to work and access properties. Most of good Page Builders have such Explorer Build In (just take a look at WP Elementor). It is really something that should be implemented long time ago !

I reported this problem already twice !
