Errors Before Upgrading Joomla 4

Hello, I have decided to update the sites that I have with Helix 3 and ultimate to joomla 4 and in the first one that I have gone to do, I find the following error. The joomla update compatibility panel tells me that numerous SP modules and plugins are going to give me conflict and to update them, when I have updated all the components to the latest versions. The option to update does not appear.

My versions are: SP Page Builder 3.8.8 Helix 3 3.0.2

I'm testing on a subdomain, so as not to mess up the final version of the page.

here I leave the image

I have already solved. Apparently SP Page Builder does not like the Joomla updater, to go from version 3.10.4 to 4.0.5. I have done something as simple as removing SP Page builder, upgrading to Joomla 4 and installing it again. It doesn't seem like the right way to do it, but it has worked.

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

Are you using the raw Helix3 template here?

Now, what is the problem, please? Is there any error lefts? Kindly give me details with screenshots to understand the issue better.

Best Regards

"using the raw helix 3 template?" I don't understand.

I'm using the latest versions of the helix 3 template and sp Page Builder and it tells me that there are components and modules that are not supported. I have attached a screenshot of the errors, all of which appear are from Joomshaper. You can open the capture and see what it says.

Hi,

Unfortunately, I can not see any screenshot in your reply.

You can upload your image/video to any online server and share the link with us here. Even any free online tool can be used either. For example : https://imgur.com/upload

Thanks for the screenshot. Yes, you can ignore the update checking report about the SP Page Builder components.

Glad that you have made it already:)

Let's see, if I ignore the SP Page Builder warnings, the update crashes. SP PAGE BUILDER MUST BE UNINSTALLED for the update to take place.

What works well from your end? Shall I share a backup of the web page in joomla 3 and try it on your server?

With the pages that I am migrating to Joomla 4, the same thing is happening to me, so it is not a one-time thing.

I add data: When uninstalling SP Page Builder to upgrade, ALL MODULES created with it DISAPPEAR. I find it incredible that these errors appear when joomla 4 has been running for almost a year, we have been in betas, alphas, gammas and omicron for almost 3 years and NOBODY has had this problem.
