Form Builder Problem: Emails are Not Send

Hi I've studied all of the Form Builder videos and guides carefully.
Unfortunately, I can't get the form to run. Emails are not sent. I have included a newsletter on the same page, which works really well.
Please, can you help me. I'm not a Joomla beginner and I usually get along well with forms.
But I really need your support here.
