Hi. Page Builder does not creates articles, only static pages. For articles catalog you should use joomla articles and joomla category blog menu item type. You can edit joomla articles via Page Builder editor

Adding to Pavel's words, SP Page Builder can be used to create and manage article. But actually, these are Joomla articles and you can manage these like any other Joomla articles. You can create a menu and show a specific category articles. You may also use SP Page Builder Article addon to show articles.
