Mega Menu is Not Displaying/ Listing Child Menu

I have well defined Parent and child structure but the child menu are not listed in megamenu layout

Accepted AnswerHi RR, someone from you team has already resolved the issue, however Im yet clueless about rectification know how, Since I would be adding more child menu items, I want to understand how this is achieved, I lookedinto mega menu layout, but I dint see the child menu listed there. temporarily issue is solved but it has increased dependency again without any accepatble soultion

If the parent and child menu items are already properly structured but the child items are not appearing in the Megamenu layout, could you please share a screenshot of your Menu Manager showing the parent/child hierarchy and the Megamenu settings for the corresponding parent item?
Could you please share your site URL so we can take a closer look at the Megamenu configuration and investigate the issue?
