Mega Menu Items Not Displaying

I have created a mega menu and when I add NEW items they don't appear. I have checked that all the menu settings are correct, I can even see the menu item in the mega menu back end - but not the front end.
I'm having serious issues with mega menus lately with most of my sites.
Why do NEW menu items not appear in the mega menu front end?
My site is localhost.

Sorry for your experience.
It's tough to guess the reason without checking the backend.
However, are you using multiple templates from both the Helix Ultimate and Helix3 framework in a single site, please? It can cause issues sometimes. Recommendation is to use templates from only one frzmework and uninstall or remove the others.
