Contact Form Dont Work

We face an issue with the contact form on a clients website.
We tried all the possible settings in the server settings but it doesn't work
Can you help us with that?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please use the PHP mail instead of SMTP mail from the global configuration.
