Contact form dont work

Hello Joomshaper

We face an issue with the contact form on a clients website.

We tried all the possible settings in the server settings but it doesn't work

Can you help us with that?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please use the PHP mail instead of SMTP mail from the global configuration.

We tried that but it doesn't work
The Send test mail works but the form doesn't

I meant the form builder but its ok i will change it to contact form, thank you
