Where do I find all relevant infos on self-hosting Google Fonts when using Helix Ultimate and SP Page builder?

I am no techie (non dev), just a user building a website for my own non-profit concert venue and need all the help I can get. As we operate in Germany using Google Fonts via the Template / Page builder might get us into expensive legal trouble. Thanks for you help.

Please follow this documentation and follow this tutorial. Though it is made on Helix 1, it is applicable to Helix 2 too.
