Form Builder Doesn't Work

Hello On my Decora template quickstart I bought, I cannot configure the form builder (email) Do I have to activate a plug-in or do another thing ? When I fill the form, I have no answer and receive nothing on the email adress I put Can you help me ?

I can add that when I sent a test mail from configuration pannel, I receive it withour problem. So I think is a really a problem of form builder setup. But I don't find any documentation on Joomshaper site ?
