The bottom line is that for the template I specified (FORTUNE), the Quick Start packages do not work for either the 3rd or 4th version of Joomla. I submitted this issue here. I was given (in a private message) a package in the Akeeba Backup format and it installed and works, but the problem is that this is for the 4th version of Joomla, and I need it for the 3rd.

I asked for the same BUT for the 3rd version of Joomla. I was sent to download in a standard package, which still doesn't work. In principle, they suggested using a non-working package.
