• download from joomshaper
• unzip without any problems
• upload with winscp into the file
• make subdomain to ftp path, konfig php 7.3
• start
• error

... all other CMS wordpress, typo3,dupral, joomla 3.0.. work - and ALL other joomla 4.0 instanzes also work, this file does not work... so the error is in your file!

I had also request a screencast to understand the issue better. Kinly do let us know that if you have rechecked those technical requirements and PHP settings.

Note: Different CMS, component can have different system requirements!
