If I may...

you can also disable bg image and change bg color:

#sp-bottom {
  background-image: none;
  background: #f48;
}

Here is the custom code for you:

    background-color: #f48;
}

Do you want to remove the background image? You are supposed to find it in the layout builder of your template options.
