Setting In Helix Ultimate 2 Not Working

Hi, I'm using Helix Ultimate 2 (v 2.0.6) template and customization on setting not working (+ changing setting on presets not working too ). On Early version it working (v 2.0.4 and early). Is it bug?

I'm posting but I have a question: Can't you simulate it on your demo site? The problem will be with every newly installed Helix Ultimate 2.0.6 template. ;-)
