Cannot Edit Or See Helix Template Options

Ok, so Ive gone through everything to try and do something as simple as edit header and footer or even access template options.
I see the template but do not see the button template options anywhere. I spoke with livechat and all anyone does is refer me to the online documents. Everything shown in your online documents is clear but i cannot for the life of me access the basic template options.
This is a clean install of Joomla 4 updated to latest version and the latest version of Helix Ultimate.

I have logged in, and I can see your template options. Sample screenshots below!
Note: Path (Joomla 4): System > Site Templates Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options.

Accepted AnswerOk, so that now works but after todays update of helix template and helixframe work I can no longer install extentions??? I go to the extension manger and its just hung there as if its trying to upload something??

Accepted AnswerThats another issue as of today i see the same thing and have done nothing to my site in the last two days. I logged in, it said helix update avaialble, ran update and boom Been so frustrated i took two days off. So whatever the update did it screwed up the backend as it was fine before this.
