SL LMS Where To Add Teacher To A Course?

Hi, I'd like to add a techer to a course but can't find a field for that. Where can I find this?

Furthermore, how can I show this informaion like in the Varsita template just below the course title?

Thank you for your answer. I read that page but it doesn't give me a clue of how to connect a teacher to a certain course. Can you tell mee how to do that? Thanks, Hans
