Can't Seem To Change Rhino Header Image Overlay From Orange To Green?

Why is something so simple so difficult to do.

If I select preset to green in all do repspect it should do it for everything yet I'm still stuck with an ornage header overlay.

I can see Green here. Please clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser.

The main page header is not green, all other pages show green. I've had this checked on a multiple of devices and other users.
