Is there a way to attach the Joomla user name to the email sent by form builder, so we can know who completed the form?

Hi Norman,

I am afaid it's not possible, you have to use Convert Forms (tassos.gr) for this task.

Then yes, because above extension has a module, you can use inside SPPB.
