Another Pb With Joomshaper Templates

Joomla 4 + Helix Ultimate 2.0.7 + Travus Template or Shaper Helix Ultimate Template, PHP7/PHP8
When I try to edit an article in frontend, Publication Tab, the Publications dates are false: for example: Publication date 18-02-2022 09:47:45 in backend become 2023-08-15 09:47:45 in frontend.
So if I try to change a date and save, Ihave a bug: Call to a member function format() on bool The same with JCE and TinyMCE
No bug with Cassiopea template. Thanks for your help...
Edit: This is a language problem. When I set Site default Language to English, I've not this bug.
Have you a soluce for French Language? Thanks

In calendarFields, lg 360, format date is in french: $value = "18-02-2022 : 09:50" --> error With English language, $value = "2022-02-18 : 09:50". --> No error
The same with shaper Helix Ultimate, the same with TinyMCE or JCE editor.
Bug in frontend edition, of course... You can try to modify an article in any block. You can also try with anyone site... in french language!

Beware: I develop on a localhost site, then I install extensions and copy database in online site. If you change anything, please help me to do the same thing on my local site!
Remember: I reproduce this bug with an empty local site, without extension else helix ultimate and template shaperHelix Ultimate in French Language.
