Contact Form Issue

Hello, I use contact form on my webpage https://newterchova.terchova.sk/obec/samosprava/starosta-obce but on this link contact form doesn't work (desn't sending emails)

Contact form works done only on this https://newterchova.terchova.sk/component/sppagebuilder/?view=page&id=222&Itemid=0 (this page is shown when I closed SP page builder fronpage editor)

Please how I can resolve this issue?
