Contact Form And Form Builder Issue On Qubic Template

Hi Team!
We have a problem related to the contact form and form builder. After filling out the form, the email is not sent! Our website is live and this is a big problem for us. Please help. We provide login details in the hidden section.

Issues comes from this file: /templates/shaper_qubic/sppagebuilder/addons/ajax_contact/site.php
This is a override addon, Please, rename this addon, then use sp page builder core contact form addon or form builder addon.

I've tried to change the file name, but the design of the contact form became totally messed up. When tried to rename the folder ajax_contact to something like ajax_contact_1 the whole website was down with error 500. Plese write me what I should do, but to not change the visualisation of the current contact form.

Accepted AnswerThe issue is coming from the following file:
JRoot/templates/shaper_qubic/sppagebuilder/addons/ajax_contact/site.php
This is an overridden addon. Please rename this addon and use the core SP Page Builder Contact Form addon or the Form Builder addon instead.
The current design has been applied to this overridden addon. Once you rename or remove it, the core Contact addon will function properly without any issues. You can then reapply the same design to the core addon.
Please note that in all new and upgraded templates, overridden addons will be ignored because they are outdated and may conflict with the latest environment or setup.
