Helix Framework 3 years ago

Hi,

Couple of issues.

(1) If i install the latest version it breaks up all formating on all pages loosing font stlye and other. I reinstalled the previous version and formatting is back.

(2) Sticky header is not working either with safari or chrome on iPhone

  1. Mobile menu is not working on either safari or chrome on iPhone

  2. If I enable SEO and rename the htaccess.txt the backend breaks I am not using any caching or gzip or other code compressions or optimizers so it's not joomla, but only happens with the helix framework.

I'm using an iphone 11 pro max and it does not work for the stiky header or the mobile menu. Tried my iphone 10 and it works.

What about the other issues??

If I enable url rewriting and rename the htaccess the backend is broken and scrambled. I have another site on another host and it works fine. Also, If i update to the latest version of pagebuilder the whole site on the frontend losses all formating and font styles. I reverted back to 3.8.3 and all is nomal on the frontend.

Tried update again, also now cant edit animated headers on pages and they hang if I try to edit them. All animated headers loose font style and formating .

The menu now works. BUT the issue with the backend broken if i enable url rewriting is still a problem AND as stated if I upgrade to the latest version it breaks formating on animated headers, loses font style and renders the addon not accessable to edit.

please read the problems noted.

Can you share an screencast video about the full scenario?

I'd have to install the update again to do this in regards to breaking up formatting on animated headers. Makes me wonder if its not breaking something else as well.

As for the backend loosing its code or css. This happens when I enable URL rewritting and yes I rename the htaccess rightly.

This is a pure clean install of joomla 4 with helix ultimate framework including sample data. it's not an upgrade over an existing joomla 3 or other template. it used your installer and joomla was updated to the latest versions as well.

Thanks for that. I did the automatic install for the update so why did it install the free version?

Anyways that works and thanks.

Now the only thing not working is the url rewriting
