SP Page Builder 3 years ago

Hello, I am using Joomla 4.1.0. After updating SP Pagebuilder 3.84 and the current version 3.85, I can add an addon (navigation, text, etc.) but none of the addons can be edited. Have now installed the version 3.83 and everything works fine. Does anyone have these problems too? thank you for the information

Hello, I observed the same bug... Actually SPPB is working fine, for me it is only the use of SPPB inside a module or an article that fails. Well I did the same as you, waiting for a solution from Joomshaper. ;-)

Hello Erwin Weilbaecher

Please download SP Page Builder from the site and install manually. Hopefully, it will be solved.

Best regards

Hello, I downloaded version 3.85, unzipped it, transferred it via FTP and installed it from the directory. Existing modules created with SP do not go to editing. The addons do not appear when you click on Editor.

Thanks for help

Hello, In my case, it actually works in the Frontend but NOT in the Backend of SPPB... That remains a problem indeed.

Hello Olivier DELORON

Is your issue in the module or article or page? Please post a new question so that we can check your site.

Best regards

Hi there, on the Bea-maxim.de site, I created the modules "DEMOTest" and "Demo" under Modules, created a SP Pagbuilder, created a new row and added an addon text block. and saved. When trying to edit, nothing is displayed from the text block.

Thanks

Hi - I have the same problem today. Cannot edit a Page Builder module from the backend. Frontend seems fine. When you try and edit an addon in the module it just shows nothing there. Although the image addon seems ok. The text addon appears blank. So it maybe addon specific.

Cleared cache/cookies etc. but does not resolve issue.

Big problem!

Manual install of 3.8.5 makes no difference. This issue needs resolving.

Please go to this location: modules/mod_sppagebuilder/fields and replace pagebuilder.php file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace.

pagebuilder.php.zip

This will fix the issue for now.
