Is this is Form Builder addon? If yes, you have to add all used field names into Email template - Message body, please watch my video very careful (5min) , then you will learn new things.

ok this is what i have in email body <p><strong>From:</strong>{{first-name}} {{last-name}}</p> <p><strong>Email:</strong>{{email}}</p> <p><strong>Subject:</strong>{{subject}}</p> <p><strong>Message:</strong>{{message}}</p>

and when I receive the mail the title and the message arrive empty

All Field names used in Form should be also used in Email template.
