Hello,

I have restored a backup of a site to xampp from a live site and I am getting the error: htmlspecialchars(): Argument #1 ($string) must be of type string, stdClass given when accessing the site on my localhost.

Have you seen this before? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may check by downgrading your PHP version as well.

Note: Keeping full site backup is strongly recommended before trying anything!

Hi, Rashida, Thank you.

I updated JCE Editor and that helped.

The issue was happening with Joomla 4 and Helix Ultimate (both the latest versions).

But, now I notice that I can not access the Helix Ultimate Template Options and getting the message: InvalidArgumentException: Please specify a valid response format, other than that of HTML, such as json, raw, debug, etc. Installs: helixultimate_template_v2.0.7 helix_ultimate_plugin_pkg_2.0.7 com_sppagebuilder_pro_v3.8.6
