Getting Error when updating SP Page Builder

When I try to update Page Builder, I get this error in my database:

"Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Error SQL Duplicate column name 'media_attr'
Extension Update: SQL error processing query: DB function failed with error number 1060
Duplicate column name 'media_attr'

Because of this, I beieve I'm not able to edit modules with SP PAge Builder and in "Front Page Editor"

I need this to be fixed so I can update certain pages for the launch later this week.
