Template 4 years ago

Hello,

When responsive is in "mobile" mode, there is no menu displayed. I made a menu module in offcanvas position but it doesn't appear.

Thank you for your help

Hi there!

Sorry for the late response!

I have just checked your site and I can see the offcanvas in both laptop and mobile device working.

Would you please check again? Have you solved it already?

Best Regards

Hi, fixed. it was caused by specific settings of that template, and requested extra steps.... but now Mobile Menu should be visible, please check again. Remember to clear browser cache deeply!

Hi again, So I did not realize before but in this menu, one of the item has "children items" in dropdown, and in mobile version with offcanvas position, we can't click on the main item to make children items appear(first, you have to click on the "login" item, log in, and then the item "Restaurants" is displayed instead of "login") Could you fix this ? I hope my explanations are clear enough. Thanks !

I think I know.

Please DO NOT use "Separator" menu type, if you want to use submenu items below. Use "URL" menu type (!) always. Small but important difference. Yes, I fixed already.

Thank you, Paul ! =) I'll try to think about it next time (although it seems like a "hack", since "separator" is really what it is supposed to be, isn't it ?)

In general separator is for dummy menu items only.

What is it you call "dummy menu items" ?

for example "|" if you want to divide two sections of menu somehow, not using CSS.
