when I click on block or template I have an hourglass that turns and I have nothing Can you if the versions can block the library

Sorry for your issue.

Kindly, please check if you have fulfilled all the technical requirements from the below link:

https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/basic-information-requirements#basic2

And please make sure you have input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close. and then clear your browser and Joomla cache.

Most importantly, You have to copy the license key from your Joomshaper Dashboard. I have attached a screenshot for your ease: https://prnt.sc/vesh66

thank you I have entered my email address and the key, I have the sp page builder on the side, but I cannot access the blocks and the layouts, the message tells me one moment please and nothing.
