Class 'Joomla\CMS\Factory' Not Found

after trying to install SP Page Builder Pro 3.8.6 on my joomla website, i am not able to browse the site anymore and it shows this message on the admin page Class 'Joomla\CMS\Factory' not found

and i get this message on the website Class 'Joomla\CMS\HTML\HTMLHelper' not found

its the exact error as mentioned in this support ticket: https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/5723 but there was no resolution

the site is down. any help would be appreciated
