Hi! I have a problem with SP Page Builder after updating to 3.8.6. As I could not create a new article with SP Page Builder in Joomla any more, I then used a backup to 3.6.1. But the old version doesn't work any more either. I can't even write an article AT ALL in Joomla except when I create an article within SPPB itself. This issue is there although in the Integrations part of SP Page Builder "Joomla Article" is enabled. In addition, as I have found out right now, that changes made in an article created within SPPB are shown in frontend view but not in the frontend editor. In order to create a user account for your support team I would need your email address. For further information, see hidden content.

What happens when you try to create article, please? Is there any error appears on your console that time?

Would you please give me screenshot/screencast illustrating the whole thing?

Thank you, Rashida As a hidden content I enclose a Onedrive file with password. I hope all that is necessary to understand the issue is mentioned in this file. Otherwise please let me know. Kind regards Gabrielle

Re your email of Thu 7th, 16:12 CEST Sorry I was not aware that you would get any text in German. This mail must have been sent by the system in Joomla. You can ignore it. The user name and the password mentioned in the file that I deposited in Onedrive are the valid ones (User name and password for this Onedrive file mentioned in the hidden content from my last answer). I have tried to translate anything you need to know in my file on Onedrive. However, if you need the Joomla backend editor and/or frontend editor to be in English, I would have to find out first where I can change from German to English. Kind regards Gabrielle
