Apologies for the inconvenience.

Please clear your Joomla and Browser Cache. Input your email and license key to Joomla 4.0.x. admin area: Components > SP Page Builder Pro > Pages > Options > License & Update. Insert email address and license key to their respective fields. Use the same email you entered while signing up for JoomShaper account. Note: any extra space will result in an error. Save & Close the settings. Clear browser cache. Your License Key is located in your Dashboard.

I also did reinstallations, did not help

Could you please check if your email address has been entered correctly? Kindly check the screenshot attached. In your email address it has been written gomail.com which caused this issue.

If I may. I also agree wth Ariba.

Marek - domain "gomail.com" doesn't exist, probably you made mistake in e-mail field. You have e-mail in gmail.com, am I right ?! Please 2x check. $1 bet that it's a human mistake.
