Opss.. indeed few phrases are hard-coded, for example, "Your Primary Concern", "Appointment Schedule" are here:

components\com_spmedical\views\appointments\tmpl\default.php

you can override that view to keep translation OR use custom language BIG LETTERS phrases if your site have more than one langugae.

But whole rest from the form can be translated by .ini file.

The language strings are here: language/en-GB/en-GB.tpl_nuron.ini You can override them in Language Overrides. Go to System -> Language Overrides and override the strings.

I translated The "Your Primary Concern", "Appointment Schedule" in the components\com_spmedical\views\appointments\tmpl\default.php

But still no changes. I have no cache enabled or chache related issues. I search this words in the Language Overrides - still nothing.

In that template that view was overriden here:

templates\nuron\html\com_spmedical\appointments\default.php

so that file must be edited, I should tell you sooner.
