New install - Getting "Templates not found"

My installation: Synology DSM: Latest release PHP Version 7.4.24 Joomla: Joomla! 3.10.3 Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable Apache/2.4.51 All sat on a DMZ within a Unifi Dream Machine Pro network/router/firewall - Which should not block any Established outbound connections.

I have check the license key is installed correctly. Re-installed SP Builder Pro On the SP Site my License is showing Active

PHP Config: Checking Basic Build Information Directive, Local Value, Master Value allow_url_fopen, On, On memory_limit, 128M, 128M max_execution_time, 240, 240 upload_max_filesize, 32M, 32M

Are there any basic check I can do to see why I am getting this error?

Opened Inspect Element in Chrome and see 2 Issues: Error with Permissions-Policy header:Error with Permissions-Policy header: Unrecognized feature: 'interest-cohort'. & jquery-migrate.min.js?17fb9e8815af518841bc626bdde5be16:2 JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed,
version 1.4.1

Further actions taken: I have de-installed SP Page Builder Pro and Reinstalled and then re-entered my License Key

Hi Ariba:

  1. Internet connection must be enabled - Internet connectivity is enabled
  2. In some cases, it doesn't work on localhost (WAMP, MAMP) 0 Not applicable
  3. Reinstall SPPB Pr0 - Tried this
  4. Checked on MS Edge and Chrome
  5. Key PHP Settings in orginal post
  6. Cleared Joomla and Browser Cache

I get a very short Spinning disc with Play symbol in the centre and then "Templates not found"

I do not believe CloudFlare is blocking my IP:

Not sure I need all of these, so if SP Page Builder support can advise I will turn off unneccassary

If you use cloudflare then you need to disable rocket loader from your cloudflare settings or you need to disable the mod_security from your hosting server. Thanks
