ERROR: Templates Not Found.

Hello,

I'm using SP Page Buidler Pro 3.8.7; Joomla 4.1.5, Shaper_helixultimate 2.0.10. When I try to pull up SP templates, I get an overlay message that says: Templates not found.

My account is up to date. Any clue?

Thank you Rashida. I can also note that every other function, such as editing a template I had downloaded and used, is working just fine. It's new access that just won't load.

It's suddenly working again. Nothing changed...maybe it was a cache issue. All looks okay now. Thank you.
