Templates Not Found.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm using SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.8.3 in my Joomla website. I have checked that the License Key is valid.

First site: When I create a page from a page template, it displays "Template not found." screen shot

Second site: When I click "Import from Page Template," it displays "Template not found." screen shot

Please check this for me.

Sorry for your experience.

Please note that SPPB 3.x is no more supported. Is it possible for you to update SPPB to the latest and then check again? Do let me know if the issue persists.
