Hi there,

I have a new website based on the helix framework (www.triskele.be). The off Canvas menu doesn't fully work. The main items are linkable, but there is one item (Aanbod) that has several subitems and it doesn't show at all. Can you let me know what I have to do to get it fixed. Thanks, Goedele

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

Kindly, change the Aanbod menu item type from menu heading to URL and put a hash(#) in the url field there.

Hope this will solve the issue for you!

Hi there!

Thanks for reminding me of the URL Field. It doesn't change anything about the Off Canvas Menu. The Mega Menu itself worked without the URL field, but is was the Off Canvas Menu that didn't and still doesn't show the "Aanbod" submenu. Can you help me with that please?

I had the same problem about a year ago for another website and someone wrote something in the code, but I don't know what or where. So I can't do it myself.
