Outdating Information Showing Up On Search When Updating SP Page Builder Pages

When making updates using SP Page Builder, the new changes weren't able to be seen in search results. I have included a screen shot to explain.
I have included a screen shot from a web page where our client made changes to the Visiting Hours. These changes however were not updated and the old visiting hours were showing. You can see the difference in the page screen shot and the search results screen shot.
This was happening even after the cache was manually cleared. We did some other tests on other SP Page Builder and this was happening.
In order to get the search results to update, you have to go into the page, add a space at the end of the paragraphs, save the changes. Then you have to go back in, delete the space that was added and save.
Then the content updates on the search pages.
pages and you cannot see the changes unless you add a space at the end of the paragraph, then go back in and delete the space. This is not happening elsewhere, such as using the Joomla text editors.
In this case, our client had people coming to visit during times that weren't actual visitor hours. Our concern is this is happening with updates that are being made on SP Page Builder pages. If people find the information they are looking for within the search results and don't click through, they could be relying on outdated information. It would be very helpful to ensure this works. People use the search functions on hospital websites quite a bit.

Accepted AnswerThen why would we be able to see changes that we made when we found a work around? We were able to get the results to update by going into the SP Page Builder page, adding a space at the end of the paragraphs, and saving the changes. Then we went back in, deleted the space, saved the page and then the changes updated.
This appears to be an issue with SP Page Builder. The issue we are having here is that the site was built almost completely with SP Page Builder.
Could you please take some time to look into this? We have a meeting with our client tomorrow and they do want an answer. This is a very big deal to them. As a hospital, lots of users search information. It's important that the information is correct on the results page.

Accepted AnswerAlso we are only using the regular Search, not Smart Search in Joomla. I have read in other Support Topics that have been archived that SP Page Builder used to have issues with Smart Search. I wanted to make sure you know we are using Search, NOT Smart Search.

Please let us know what we can do to get some kind of search working on the website. Our client is a hospital and they have stated they want this working. In this blog post from JoomShaper it references a means to have a searh. Please instruct us on how to get this working.
