Youtube No Cookie

When a youtube video is embedded into a Pagebuilder page, Youtube plants a host of tracking cookies which potentially break GDPR and prior cookie consent on a site. I see there have been a few discussions about this but not a solution.
Youtube does offer a solution: Replace https://youtube.com with https://youtube-nocookie.com
However the Pagebuilder video addon will not accept this (or rather it does not render the video correctly)
I can put https://youtu.be/xn2GIs75d9Q into the addon and this (in the page code) is translated into //www.youtube.com/embed/xn2GIs75d9Q?iv_load_policy=3&rel=0 equally I can put https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xn2GIs75d9Q which works too.
How can the addon be made to allow the youtube-nocookie.com URL?

Have you tried to use option "Turn Off Youtube Cookie" from Video addon? If it's enabled then youtube-nocookie.com is used !! So if you live in EU like me, just use classic youtube link and enable that option. Nothing more (unless you don't live in Germany where only court can say you what is "banned" and what is not, like it was with Google Fonts)
