Top1 And Top2 In Helix Ultimate Template

Hello all,

I am running Joomla 4.1.3, Helix Framework 2.0.8, and Helix Ultimate Template 2.0.8. When I use the "Multi Rows" predefined header, I cannot put a module in Location Top 1 or Top 2.

If I turn on the Contact and the Social Icons in the template, they show up in Top 1 and Top 2, but nothing else will.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your query.

If you try to show up the module positions used in the template on frontend then you will get that only logo occupies the logo position in the middle of that multi rows predefined header. https://www.balbooa.com/knowledgebase/32-documentation-faq-joomla/182-how-to-display-module-positions-in-joomla

If you create a custom header with your desired module position then it will work better in this case. Here is the documentation:
