In Lite version that feature may be disabled.

In case of , download and reinstall with sppb Pro 3.8.6.

Code seems to be OK, but you cannot save it or what exactly?

The insert and save button does not work it seems ..as it fails top copy anythjing in access token and instagram id..i cannot copy and paste it manually it seems..

Do you have similar problem in other extensions?

hI, No not all.. i have swicthed OS from Macos to windows and with chrome and edge still the same problem. Is there no way of forcing the token and id in the sppb component ?

If somehow you cannot save those values in SPPB Options, probably you have to add them inside database tables. If you used PHPMyAdmin before, I can show you where.

BTW

Do you have this problem on only one site or more sites, please check.

Hi, I have only this site ! I found that i had a problem with write issues at a server level but my host cured this for me. However, i repeated the same process for the token and it is still stuck. I have been in myphpadmin before i am no expert but i am sure i will be ok .

Using PhpMYAdmin - in table prefix_extensions - find "SP Page Builder"

click "Edit" - look at Params textarea

where I added/used "facebook-1" and "facebook-2" add your real FB keys. Then save changes

later you should be able to click green button "Generate Access Token"

hi, i think we misunderstood eachother or i have not undesrtood..I had the Facebook id and facebook secret as my IMGUR screen shows (above) The problem is why i clicked "generate access token " a window popped up (facebook) where i had to log in ...It is when i clicked insert and save button that the data was not inserted...

anyway i did try waht you said (to be on the safe side) and now when i try to regenerat etoken i get the following error...Invalid app ID: The provided app ID does not look like a valid app ID.

which in my opinion makes sense...
