Admin Articles Save | Save & Close | Save & New Buttons Not Working

Am having an issue with my website with joomshaper helix ultimate The joomla admin articles save | save & close | save & new buttons are not working Also under the components the Helix Ultimate is not opening just showing 404 Component not found.

Thank you very much. I have disabled j2store extension and the save buttons are now working well.
The only issue remaining in component Helix Ultimate still shows 404 Component not found error message.

Ignore this issue and cause, the Helix Ultimate should not display under the component. If you give me database access, I will solve your issue to remove under the component.
