Hello, i have a certain issue with helix ultimate and page sizing. When i change the browser window size, the menu shows on the bottom of the logo and outside of the correct position.

For example: The menu seems good on a width of 1567px until 992px it shows the menu wrong. in 990px it shows the off-canvas menu

attached are the screenshots https://imgur.com/OnPLmXp (good) https://imgur.com/Yjwc8qS (Maximum Bad) https://imgur.com/upQ0ckE (min bad)

Also with this, the off canvas shows bad on cellphones. Tried with iphone and android and it shows bad.

https://imgur.com/IDGCXqD (how it appears on cellphone) https://imgur.com/zKUgpON (how i like to be, the menu on top of the webpage side to side with the logo)

I Hope you can help me.

Hidden i put the domain and the user of the backend so you can enter.

Thanks in advance!

Hi there!

Thanks for your query.

You may need to adjust your menu item font size to get rid of this issue. It is not getting space to fit in there.

However, you may try the following media query in your custom CSS:

@media screen and (max-width: 1566px) and (min-width: 1296px) {
.sp-megamenu-parent>li>a {
    font-size: 10px !important;
}
}
@media screen and (max-width: 1295px) and (min-width: 992px) {
.sp-megamenu-parent>li>a {
    font-size: 8px !important;
}
}

Note: Path towards custom CSS(Joomla 3): Extensions>Templates>Styles> Click on your current default template name then choose Template Options. Then find custom CSS within the custom code.

Best Regards

This made things worse. The text is smaller and in some devices it can't even be seen.

This also doesn't impact on the mobile version of the webpage.

Is there any other solution than changing the text font size?
