this same style (class) is used for all images, below custom CSS may help

.sppb-slider-wrapper.varition-animation .slider-img img.slide-girl 
{top: 20px;}

you can use 40px value, by default there is negative value.

but I strongly recommend to use images that are not cut(!), use more horizontal images, box shape.
