I Cannot Add A Payment Form Module From JomDonation Anymore

Hello,

I cannot add a Payment Form module from JomDonation anymore.

It used to work. I have several existing pages with a module coming from the extension Payment Form. Now when I try to add a such module it does not work. When I click "Apply" nothing happens.

I am able to add modules from other extensions like Convert Forms.

Do you have any idea what is going on? It is very important to me to create my landing pages because I ask for a deposit for the photo sessions.

Hi there, First of all, This extension is not compatible with our page builder. I mean that, the extension provider didn't make compatibility. You can load it from the backend editor instead of front end editing.

After added from backend. I have checked it front end editing.

Hello Touffiq,

The extension Payment Form woks well when I use it in a regular Joomla Page.

When I call the module in the SP Builder page, the module is displayed. The problem I have is when I click Apply. Nothing happens.

This is why I am contacting you. I think the problem is related to SP Builder.

Can you check the issue? regards

Hello Toufiq,

thank for taking care of my problem. It is very important to us. We have two funnels to start and we cannot because the issue.

I contacter the developper of the extension Payment Form. He said that the problem was in the way the button Apply works. For him, it is not related to his extension.

I joined all the information you needed to make a test in the hidden content. I also recorded a video for you. I show you the problem. And I also show you that it used to work.
