Clear Cache Not Work For Update License Key In SP Page Builder Pro

Hi,

I had tried to add and remove my email and license key in Option.But I still using Pro version after clear cache on browser and other new browser.

Any Idea?

sorry but I don't understand, why you want to add license key and then remove it?

I removed trial version and install the Pro version. But I can't use the Blocks in Pro version.So I try to remove my email and license key with Clear Cache browser. However,the Sp Page Builder still keeping in Pro version(No Change).

Thx for login details. I see now.


Anyway I was able to change e-mail after a while, maybe it was sort of database caching from your server.

Now please add license key from JoomShaper Dashboard then click Save - if used e-mail is OK.

In case of problems let me know.
