Language Switch do Not Switch Menu

Hi, I have a website in Norwegian and English. When I switch from norwegian to english the english menu does not appear. The other content of the website switch to english (https://arbeid4.joomla4.no/en/). Both the english and norwegian menu has the position "menu-modal" in the Helix Ultimate template.
