Cant See Section And Template

Hi, I cant see section or template in the editor. "Template not found" if i click on. And no pre-build section found.
I have a Agency licence. So have i to buy the Developper to see and add it ?

Accepted AnswerIt is OK now. That was just because allow_url_fopen was not activate. Noe all is fine. Regards

Thanks for contacting us. First you have to download SP Page Builder Pro from here https://www.joomshaper.com/downloads/extension
Then you have to install it. Go to administrator-->extension-->install
After that you have to active it.Input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.Your License Key is located in your Dashboard.
Then Clear Joomla and Browser cache.Now check and let me know please.

Accepted AnswerSorry for the inconvenience. Please disable the rocket_loader from your cloudflare or disable the mod_secuirty from your hosting server. Then check again.

Accepted AnswerSorry, but i dont know what i have to do ? And i dont thing that desactivate a thing like mod_serurity is a good idea...
