Helix Frame Work Restore Top Bar

Hi,

I had deleted the Top Bar section and now unable gert it back, Yes, I should have hidden it) I've tried creating a new sectiuon and labeling accordingly and re-installed the Helix Frameowrk neithert of these worked.

How to I restore the Top Bar or get the clean Helix frame work installed

Please check the screenshot below. From "Template Options" -> Basic -> Header, I have selected the "Top Bar" header option. The top bar is visible now.
