Might be your hosting block to load Page Builder resources. Will you please contact your hosting provider & ask them why it doesn't work on your hosting server?

I already contact them but there is notnig that is blocking on web page. Thhey wrote "I have checked mod_security, access logs and error logs, but there are no records that would be associated with it."
