Error 500 In SP Page Builder - Arino Tempalte.

Dear Team I have downloaded and installed the Arino template with J2Store. The problem I have is that a 500 error occurs when I want to make a change to the SP Page Builder pages.

For example, if I go to SP Page Builder -> Home Default and I try to make some modification, when I save the page it doesn't save and it hangs.

In the console:

POST https://neumaticosdelsur.ar/j2/administrator/index.php?option=com_sppagebuilder&task=page.apply [HTTP/2 500 Internal Server Error 1488ms]

After seeing that, I updated Joomla to the latest version and SP Page Builder to the latest version, but the same thing still happens to me.

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. I think your hosting server blocked to load page builder resources.

  1. Disable rocket_loader if you use cloudflare.
  2. Disable mod_security from hosting provider.

Yes, Im not using cloudflare, the i checkk mod_security in my hosting. Your help was very helpful
