Contact Form Not Working

The contact form on my website suddenly stopped working and nothing about the page has been changed. I have looked for a setting in Page Builder, disabled reCAPTCHA and still no resolution. Even if all fields are completed a site visitor still recieves the message "Please re-check required fields!" when attempting to use the contact form. Please help!

Accepted AnswerI was actually able to find the issue today by doing some digging. The issue was an antispam plugin from JoomlaShaper called "System - OSpam-a-not" that we use to cut back on fake form submissions. There seems to be an incompatibility. To resolve the issue I will find a different antispam solution, but did want to mention my findings.
