Contact Form Not Working

The contact form on my website suddenly stopped working and nothing about the page has been changed. I have looked for a setting in Page Builder, disabled reCAPTCHA and still no resolution. Even if all fields are completed a site visitor still recieves the message "Please re-check required fields!" when attempting to use the contact form. Please help!

I was actually able to find the issue today by doing some digging. The issue was an antispam plugin from JoomlaShaper called "System - OSpam-a-not" that we use to cut back on fake form submissions. There seems to be an incompatibility. To resolve the issue I will find a different antispam solution, but did want to mention my findings.
